Shipping and Returns


We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. All US orders are sent via USPS 1-3-day Priority or First Class Mail. 

You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Generally, standard orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after shipped. Expedited orders will ship out the next business day if placed by 2 PM (CDT), Monday-Thursday. An additional fee will be charged for any expedited orders. Contact us to have your order rushed for delivery.

If you would like to make a return please notify us at BEFORE returning merchandise.

Our policy is valid for 21 days from the day of payment. If 21 days have gone by since your complete payment, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be in resellable condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Every item is carefully expected & packaged with love. We will replace items that are defective or damaged due to our own error. If you need to make a size exchange, please send us an email at BEFORE returning merchandise. 



Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping charges, any items sent back after the 3 day period will be issued a store credit that expires after 40 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund - whether it has been rejected or approved.
Examples of why your refund request may get rejected: 
  • Merchandise returned with obvious signs of use
  • Merchandise that have been damaged or destroyed.
  • Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
  • Merchandise was on-sale or purchased with a discount code
If you refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment via PayPal.
