Order, Shipping, and Return Policy

ORDER

By placing an order, you accept that GRWN Skincare and/or its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any adverse consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our products.

 

SHIPPING

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. All US orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. 

You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Generally, standard orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after shipped. 

Our shipping policy does not apply to PRE-ORDER items. Please review the expected delivery date listed at the bottom of the pre-order product page before submitting an order.

RETURNS

If you would like to make a return please notify us at call_tyrone@grwnskincare.com BEFORE returning item(s).

Our policy is valid for 21 days from the day of payment. If 21 days have gone by since your complete payment, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be in resellable condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

Every item is carefully expected & packaged with love. We will replace items that are defective or damaged due to our own error. If you need to make an exchange, please send us an email at call_tyrone@grwnskincare.com BEFORE returning item(s). 

 

REFUNDS

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping charges, any items sent back after the 7 day period will be issued a store credit that expires after 40 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund - whether it has been rejected or approved.
Examples of why your refund request may get rejected:
  • Item(s) returned with obvious signs of use
  • Item(s) that have been damaged or destroyed.
  • Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
  • Item(s) was on-sale or purchased with a discount code
If you refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment via PayPal.
