1. These terms

This website is owned and operated by GRWN™ Skincare ("GRWN", "I", "me"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information, not medical advice

Everything on this site describes my services and general skincare information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician or dermatologist. Skin responds differently from person to person. Results shown or described are individual outcomes and are not a promise of yours.

3. How booking works

Treatments are not booked through this site. Booking starts with a direct message on Instagram, followed by a short skin history, and a booking link that I send to clients who are a fit. Payment for treatments and products happens through that booking link and the platforms it uses, each of which has its own terms.

All appointments are subject to the Booking & Treatment Policies, which are part of these terms. Please read them before you book.

4. Screening and eligibility

Some treatments are not appropriate for everyone. I may decline to book or perform a treatment based on the skin history you share, your current medications, or what I see at your appointment. That decision is made for your safety and is final.

5. Content and trademarks

The GRWN name and logo, the text, and the images on this site belong to GRWN. Client photos are shared with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without written permission, other than sharing a link to it.

6. Third-party services

This site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Instagram. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and I am not responsible for them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRWN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
